JBA FCA has many volunteer opportunities and we would love to have you come alongside us as we share the Gospel with our community!

Whether you wish to hand out pizza, write encouraging notes, or share the Gospel with a Huddle, we have a place for you!

What opportunities are there for me?

  • Prayer Warrior

    JBA FCA serves various teams in numerous sports at any given time. We would love prayer warriors to come along side us and pray specifically over each coach and athlete by name on any one of these teams. This could be done through a small-group, a family, or an individual, etc. Prayer is the most important resource we have! 


    Please email Patricia at ptaylor@fca.org for a team roster(s) to begin prayer over these coaches and athletes.

  • Event volunteers

    JBA FCA has numerous events throughout the year that we need extra hands for!

    Whether it is handing out pizza slices, setting up tables and tents, or cleanup afterward - many hands make light work! Our current events will have sign ups for areas we need volunteers for, so please check it out!

  • Counselor

    Every year, our biggest event by far is Fields of Faith. HUNDREDS of students, athletes, parents, friends, etc come from around our community to fellowhip, worship together, and hear the Gospel presented.

    After such a powerful evening, there is a response time given for anyone to come forward for prayer - whether that is for salvation, or just general over their life. We are in need of counselors that are comfortable praying with those who might come forward and even share the Gospel.

We never want anyone to feel like they are just expected to show up and know what to do or say on the first day. So, below we have compiled some of our most helpful links to training, videos, and reading to help prepare and equip you as best as we can! You are our most valuable tool in reaching coaches and athletes for Christ! A little preparation is a good thing.

Character Coach

Each Huddle (or small group) meets once per week on their campus. We have over 12 campuses that we serve, so there are many Huddles happening each week where the Gospel needs to be shared! If you would like to know more about coming to speak, please contact Ben Hildebrant bhildebrant@fca.org.
